My order says delivered, but it is not here. What do I do?

Order was not delivered.

Sometimes orders may show as delivered by the carrier before they're actually delivered. If you have questions about this, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly as they'll have the most up to date information. 

The carrier, status, and tracking information for your package can be found in shipment confirmation email you received, or you can visit our website under "My Account." Once there, head over to "My Orders," for the tracking information.

If the package is missing for more than 48 hours after the status was updated to "delivered," please contact CAS at (800) 223-4227.
