Order Updates

Order Updates

When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email confirmation of your order with an order summary. If you did not receive a confirmation, please contact our office at (800) 223-4227. 

Most of our orders ship within 1-2 business days, but in some cases it may take a few days to prepare your order for shipping. Once your package ships, we will send a follow up email with the tracking information.

You can always check the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking on "My Account," then "My Orders."
